Who is Mewboard for?
Small teams, freelancers and studios who want a clean tracker, and anyone who already works with an AI assistant and wants it to use the same task list as the humans.
Which AI agents can use it?
Anything that speaks MCP. Claude connects by URL with its own sign-in (web, desktop and Claude Code). Other agents can use a personal access key.
Does the AI see everything?
Only what you let it. A connection acts as you, in the one workspace you approved, and is limited by the same permissions. You can disconnect it with one click.
Is my data safe, and can I take it with me?
Your workspace is isolated from everyone else's, backed up continuously, and stored in the EU. You can download a full export (data and files) or delete your workspace yourself, any time.
What happens when I outgrow the free plan?
You can keep using it within the limits. Paid plans for larger teams are planned, and nothing will be removed without notice.
